Balance is due upon arrival. If paying cash,  please have correct change.

Tennessee Law (T.C.A. SEC 62-7-107) provides that procuring accommodations under false pretense (no more guests than stated, no house parties and no wedding reception or large gatherings) is a crime punishable by fine up to $500.00  and/or imprisonment up to 90 days. Our accommodations are privately owned dwellings with the furnishings. You are responsible for any damages or missing items that occur during your stay.  A $300 refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in.  This can be paid in cash or by credit card.  After inspection of the cabin, if no damage is reported, your deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your departure.  Please report any damage immediately.  No refunds for early departure.

Sorry, pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the dwelling you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will also be charged a minimum of $300 for carpet cleaning. Extra $20 per item, if you remove makeup with our wash cloths/towels/other linens. Units are NON-SMOKING, if smoke odor is detected you will be charged an additional $200  fee.

We reserve the right to change the reserved unit in the event of an emergency. No Refunds for early departure.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date,   your deposit less $50 cancellation fee and the $45 processing fee will be refunded. If you cancel  within 30  days of your arrival date, your deposit less $50 will be refunded only if the cabin is re-rented. We charge a $45 non refundable fee to process your reservation.

Direction to Maples Ridge: From I-40, take exit 407 to Pigeon Forge.

                    Rental Agreement

Our accommodations are privately owned dwellings with the furnishings. You are responsible for any damages or missing items that occur during your stay.  For cabins 3 bedrooms or larger cabins and all condos,  there is a $300 damage deposit required upon check-in. This deposit may be paid in cash or by credit card.  Upon departure, the cabin will be checked and the deposit will be refunded or credited to your credit card account if there are no damages within 10 days.  

All of the Maples Ridge properties are privately owned. Bed sizes, amenities, cabin names, descriptions, etc are subject to change at any time without notice. Please report any damage or faulty items immediately. If a mechanical failure does occur during your stay we will make every effort to have all reported malfunctions corrected as quickly as possible. Neither Maples Ridge or the property owner will be obligated to give replacements or refunds in the event of a failure or absence of any item, or for the loss of public utility including television service.

No refunds for early departure, including early departure due to inclement weather. No Refunds due to any acts or creatures of GOD.
